  • No online reservation on the day of performance (reservation closes at 5 PM, a day before the event)
  • If you enter the theater after the show starts, an assistant will guide you to an empty seat.

  • If you made a phone reservation, please pay the ticket price at the ticket booth on the event date up to 30 minutes in advance.
  • Your reservation will be canceled automatically if the ticket price is not paid 30 minutes before the performance starts.
• Purchase at the site on the same day
  • Tickets are available at the ticket booth on the day of the performance.
  • Business Hours: One hour before and 30 minutes after performance (The ticket booth is closed outside of these hours.)

How to claim your reserved ticket

• Pick up your ticket at the ticket booth on the day of performance
• Check your ticket by name and contact information (When to claim your ticket: One hour before, before the performance starts)

Discount

• Admission Free
• Under 18 years of age.
• 50% Discount
  • Under 24 years of age or college students with student ID (only the person himself or herself is eligible)
  • Those aged 65 or older (up to one company)
• If you are eligible for age discount, the relevant identification is a must (children do not need to present identification)
• Discounts are reserved by phone only.

Precaution (requirements)

• Age limit: Elementary school students or older can be admitted to the theater (Children younger than elementary school age are not permitted.)
• Tickets reserved online cannot change seats, cancel, or refund on the same day.
  (You may cancel the ticket a day before the performance through the relevant homepage. However, a service fee will be charged at the time of cancellation.)
• Your reservation will be canceled automatically if the ticket price is not paid 30 minutes before the performance starts.
• Entering the theater will be restricted after the show starts (please wait and an assistant will guide you to a seat)
• A reserved seat cannot be guaranteed after the event starts (you will be guided to an empty seat by an assistant).
